Great service

Normally in sales , agents would want to get the sale done as quickly as possible! I would just like to say that since day 1 of Mieke having made contact with me she was so patient in all, providing me with all the information required. I was not able to provide her with an answer immediately & had asked her to make contact with me few days later and provided a suitable time for me. Mieke stuck to her word and made contact on said date and time . She re-explained details and answered all my questions with such enthusiasm and kindness . Not once did she sound annoyed or irritated to just complete the sale. I don’t think I would’ve signed up to dotsure if Mieke had not been so thorough in explaining all & making sure I understood what is being offered.
