Great Service
Excellent service from Melissa Jordaan - taking the time to email me information and do a 2nd call to explain my queries before I upgraded my pet insurance. I am already happy that I am insured with Dotsure I have had a couple of claims and the process was easy and they paid out as expected within a couple of days keeping me informed along the way. I have done a few referrals already and everyone who signed up for pet insurance is very happy with them.
