Good Day Anja,

Just wanted to give a word of thanks to the amazing service that Tamlyn has given to me today.

Although my query is not resolved yet, Tamlyn is on it and I am more than confident of a positive outcome.

Tamlyn has displayed to me what it means to be a customer service consultant/client liaison.

Its her ability to see a mistake and rectify it that I am most impressed by.

For me on this service alone, Tamlyn is well deserving of a reward!
