Great service
It was my first time claiming for my dog and it was the most painless, uncomplicated process. Within minutes of claiming I had received a call from Tiffany who was so easy to talk to and she explained every step of the way. It was so refreshing. Then yesterday I received a call from Yolandie to explain the payment breakdown. From the day of claim to approval and payment was 4 days. I'm impressed. Great customer service and uncomplicated process. I hope this continues!
