Great Service

<p>Submitted my first claim this morning with Sasha from dotsure for one of our Furbabies. Since it was the first time we claimed I called into the call centre first for some confirmation. I was transfered to Sasha who asked me to email through the claim form along with the invoice. I sent through the form at 10h39. At 14h42 I received a mail from Ansulette to confirm that my claim was submitted and processed and will be paid out in 2 days.</p> <p>What an effortless and super pleasant experience.</p> <p>Great job girls!</p>
