Great service!!

I recently had an incident where my dog had to have a tumor removed from his leg and because I only have the basic plan with Dotsure, which is an accident cover, I imagined I wouldn’t be covered for anything. I logged onto my profile on Dotsure just to investigate and then decided I was wasting my time as it wasn’t an accident and he wasn’t covered for anything else. A day later I got a call from a Dotsure consultant who asked if she could help as they saw I had logged into my profile. I explained my situation and to my absolute joy they explained that I should definitely submit my claim because I would be reimbursed for part of the claim due to the fact that he was in the hospital. Long story short, they paid half my claim the very next day and they came looking for me! Now that’s great service! Thank you Dotsure! #DotsurePetFans
