Great product, easy claiming process and great customer support!

Claims: I've yet to have an issue with claiming :) Claiming is very simple and their response time is very fast! Their product is well explained and the claiming process is quite easy.

Customer Service: Extremely helpful and patient.

The company also sends out mails which inform us of their active work in the community and examples of how they're making a difference. Reading these make me feel like this was the best company to choose to insure my pets with.
