great policy and service - superior plan and excess buster

I had taken a policy for my GSD Puppy Sasha in October 2019, and in the month of March 2020, my pup feel extremely I'll she was in and out of the vet I think about 4 times in a matter of 3 weeks. Unfortunately she passed away due to parvo on the 22.03.20. they vet bills were crazy I did not expect vets to charge so much, I think its even cheaper to see a human doctor than a vet. anyways I am so thankful that I had taken this insurance, I did 4 claims in a space of 3 weeks and my bills were like R15000, I would say I got back about 90% of the money back... that is due to certain limits that was exceeded. you never expect your pets to fall ill and when they do you are never really prepared for the emotional and financial toll... I would just like to tell people - please take this plan out and safeguard yourself and your furbabies… I was on the superior plan and I had taken out the excess buster... its brilliant. I used to be very skeptical on whether I would have issues with a pet insurance, but they made everything so easy I just claimed and next day I had the funds in my account. no problems at all... during the time of losing a pet is devastating but the claiming process was so swift and easy that it feels like dotsure cares and understand... again thank you dotsure from Merusha and my Late sasha baby
