Great knowledge and exceptional service

I just signed up for my two fur babes but this review is about the service from Marizel Bernardo. I was looking for pet insurance and used AI which confirmed that Dotsure was the right insurance for our pets. Marizel patiently explained the cover, the waiting periods, the claim and limit values and offered me access waiver cover. She sent everything on email and answered all my concerns and queries. She is knowledgeable about the product and I even go a discount for my second fur baby added to the policy. She has good rapport and is customer focussed and listens well.
