Absolutely an incredible positive experience! Taryn October assisted me through the registration process, she was thorough, friendly, charismatic, funny and kind. She was patient throughout the entire call whenever I had any questions or sought her advice/suggestion. She was reassuring regarding my concerns and offered detailed information and options.

Taryn made the whole experience extremely positive as we laughed together when I commented on the music that plays while you're being transferred to the right department. I quite enjoyed the tune.
