Great experience every time!

My little dog Lily was bitten by another the dog on Saturday, it wasn't a fatal injury, but it definetely warrented a trip to the vet. Once she was all done at the vet I submitted my claim with dotsure via their website, which was a quick and simple process. By this morning before 8:30 I had already received confirmation that my claim had been approved and that my payback had been submitted, I mean if that isn't excellent service then I don't know what is. Besides that though, I received a mail from dotsure to wish my little fur baby a speedy recovery and that was really something that warmed my heart. I mean it's those little touches that make you smile and adds that care to what they do, it means alot. Every experience that I have had with dotsure big or small has been a good one, but this experience especially has shown me that I made the right choice by selecting them for my fur children. If I could give you 10 stars dotsure I would, well done and THANK YOU!!!!
