Great Experience

On Monday, 22 January 2018 I requested a call back on the Dotsure.co.za website for pet insurance for my dog Liquorice. Within the hour I got a call back from Carl Oosthuizen (Pet Sales Consultant) who assisted me in getting insurance.

He was very friendly, upbeat and knowledgeable. All my questions was answered immediately (no need to refer to a manual or supervisor) and I was provided with the right policy for my dog as he is going on 10 years. I was e-mailed my policy with all the relevant documents and telephone numbers. I put the phone down knowing exactly what I bought, what I was ensured for and what the cost will be.

I will definitely recommend Dotsure.co.za to anyone looking for pet insurance as they are definitely a company who strive to provide great service. I also appreciate the fact that their website is written in a "humorous pet friendly" way that makes you smile when you go through the site and read the info.
