Great Dotsure agent (Jason Carelse)

I would like to give a huge compliment/review to Jason Carelse (Ralph) who helped me change to Dotsure for my car insurance. I had a bit of a complicated matter regarding a past account I had with Altech Netstar, which I needed to install to get a discount on my premium. Jason was with me from the time I started the process online to getting my first debit order taken off in time for the 1 November 2019 start of my insurance with Dotsure. Please may you provide Jason with a bonus, monthly/yearly review or whatever you as a company do for exceptional employees.
