Great customer service & online portal
Lusanda Nhase gave me great service. Pet had a large surgery and DotSure paid the exact limit amount - I am impressed with how fast they pay out claims and get your money to you. Would highly recommend dotsure to anyone looking for pet insurance. The online portal is great and easy to use - Well done.
