Great Customer service

Our 4 year old Boxer recently sustained a serious eye injury. Needless to say, this was a very stressful and traumatic experience for our dog and for us as well. Having recently joined Dotsure we were not 100% certain of how things would work when we submitted the claims for both the hospital expense and the vet expense. The process turned out to be so quick and easy. We were paid within a day for each claim. Huge thanks to Dotsure and their team for making this experience easier for us. Great customer service !
