Great Customer Service - Chad Lewis

We recently added a lovely new family member, Maya, a German Shepherd. While shopping around for Medical Cover for her, I visited the dotsure website. I was surprised when iI received a phonecall approximately an hour later from Chad, following up on my online query. He was very friendly, was happy to explain the ins and outs of the plan and was patient in answering all my questions. Chad is also very punctual and patient. He followed up with a phonecall at the exact date and time we agreed upon, and when we finally decided on a plan, he was happy to run through the details with me again. He made sure we understood what we signed up for, the benefits to us and even that we didn't have to take the most expensive plan, seeing as our Pup was still so young. He was clearly more interested in catering to our needs, than in financial gain. Thank you Chad Lewis, we appreciate your diligence, your punctuality and your attention to detail.
