Great Customer Service!
Been with Dotsure since October 2017 and haven't had any issues. Claims are paid out very quickly and the communication from the consultant is quick and precise, no beating around the bush with hidden T&C's like other service providers. Their prices are also extremely competitive and value for money. Annemi Du Plessis assisted me over the WhatsApp channel and was quick, polite and efficient. She explained how my upgrade of my policy works. She is an example of excellent customer service.
