GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I spoke to Pieter Stols from Dotsure pet insurance to get medical cover for my dog, Pops. Not only did he offer to call me back (saving me money) , which he did within a matter of seconds, but was also friendly and very informative - I came out of the call more knowledgeable about dogs and conditions that can affect them! He managed to get the best cover for Pops and I and swiftly completed our application. As if that wasn't enough to impress me, Pieter went on to email me our policy welcome pack immediately after our conversation!!! How I wish every service provider was like Dotsure! Excellent service Pieter, really appreciate it! :-)
