Great Customer Relationship Management

I had an issue with a claim and a returned debit order. After fighting my case with some employees at Dotsure, I was ready to cancel my policy and was already looking to change to Dotsure’s competition. Then Corrine Jonkers contacted me and within a few phone calls back and fourth she managed to change the situation around for me. Kudos to her for saving a truly disgruntled customer back to a happy and satisfied customer. She must be used as a benchmark within her organisation of what a great Customer Service person is.
