Great Customer Experience.
As a Customer Experience Manager in our organization I was MOST impressed with the excellent service delivered by Unathi Mabukane from Dotsure. I filled in the form at the Vet and was at home in 5 minutes when i received the call. Unathi was friendly, patient and explained the details extremely well. He took the time to listen to my questions and advised accordingly. Im most impressed!!! Keep up the great customer experience.
