Great Claim Experience
Very impressed! It was my first claim I made and I submitted the documents. I received an email to say Usha Tata-Ngozi had been assigned to assess my claim. It was less than an hour and I had the breakdown of my claim and how much was being paid back. I'm really happy with the service from Usha Tata-Ngozi. Great communication and updating
