Great and speedy assistance by Dotsure's Samantha

I used the "Message Us" to request Dotsure for the cost and procedure to add to my pets' policy and to my surprise, Samantha rep**** within minutes. She gave feedback and also offered to make the change for me, saving me time and effort to log in and activate the change. This literally took less than 10 minutes and she still send me the detail as she went along, that I needed to have for this change. I also received the promised email the same day.
