GRATEFUL & THANKFUL.

Thank you so much to Lezanne with helping me to take out the Insurance on my cat. It is a pity that we only do these kind of things once we have lost another pet. She was so patient and courteous with me. I really appreciated that as younger people can be so impatient with the older generation. Bless you Lezanne.
