I found Chadwick Lewis (Chad) be extremely helpful and responsive. He made sure that I was supp**** with all the information pertaining to my enquiry with prompt and clear feedback. He also highlighted other services that dotsure offers and made a point to offer me a free quotation should I wish to insure home and vehicle contact.

Although I have only just set up pet insurance and can’t speak to the actual service just yet, I am impressed with what has been provided to me thus far. He made sure I was aware of all the rules and regulations of the policy and made sure I was satisfied with everything. If I had any issues with a certain aspect of the service, Chad made a plan to make it fit into my desires.
