We have been with Dotsure for around a year, last week we had to take our Bully Bella in for an ear infection and she had her ears flushed. I submitted the account online to Dotsure and an SMS and email were sent. Micheala Cronje contacted me and assured me the claim was attended to, the same day our refund was paid. Fast forward to this week and our Rusty also a Bully has a tummy problem and to the vet, we went again. I submitted the claim and this time around Chante Du Plooy helped me with so much professionalism, our claim was paid out the same day. The staff is so friendly and efficient. Dotsure is definitely the company for pet insurance. Thank you Dotsure and a big shout out to Chante and Micheala.
