Good service and courtesy goes a long way!

DotSure agent, Michael Borman called me within an hour of logging a query to Cancel my Pet Policy. His first call was not at a good time, so he called me back a bit later. I wanted to cancel my Policy due to financial reasons and he offered me a more cost effective offering of Accident Cover for my pet. He was polite and explained the offering in detail. He was not pushy at all, and was respectful of my situation. In the end I didn't cancel, but took a downgrade in cover.
