Good Service after bad experience

As a small business we were happy that dotsure.co.za offered such a competitive vehicle insurance quote with their cash settlement policy.

But when we wanted to activated the policy I called, emailed and left several messages but consultant did not call me back. Finally I lost it and complaint.

A new consultant called me and I must say Cinteasha went the extra mile to help us. She was very friendly, she answered all my questions with patience, she very knowledgeable and always called or emailed when she said she would. I appreciated her good service and will recommend friends and family to dotsure.co.za
