It was a pleasure to deal with Teboho Sengoara: the pet sales consultant that assisted me in making a decision to insure our two pups with this company. He was friendly, helpful and concise and did not try and did not bore me with a lengthy pitch from a script and then try and sell me the most expensive product for the sake of a better commission. I have the space to change my subscription to another plan as I see thing shape and that suits me fine. I don't feel locked into something that is not of present value. He followed up the quote very patiently and professionally and gave me the overall impression that Dotsure is not about fleecing the customer. I hope this translates into future service should I (hopefully not) have to submit a claim.
