Good onboarding service

The onboarding went well. Astin Moses was friendly and provided all the information I needed. She provided responses to my many questions without losing patience and was happy to repeat anything that wasn't clear.

I haven't yet used the insurance at all so I can't say if they are good when it comes to claims.
