I tried to cancel my insurance with Dotsure as I have found a similar cover at a lower cost. Instead of them letting me go as a client, a consultant named Heather Mackenzie ensure ti retain me, and offered me a deal better that i had, and better than the other company's. She was friendly as well. I appreciated that they see it important to retain their clients as much as possible. I hope to receive the same kind of service when i claim, should i have to claim. Generally impressed with the overall service.
