Good customer service

I was in communication with Severiano April via email today 22 April 2022 and he's has tried calling me and i didn't have network on my cell phone, however, he was responding to the emails that I've sent to him with such patience and when we finally managed to speak over the phone, i was more happier because he has managed to explain to me about the issues that i didn't understand on the policy contract that i have with them and now i understand fully what i'm covered for and he also managed to give a good price to insure my vehicle, i'm paying a good reasonable premium for my car, building and my house contents, the amount of the premium that he has given, it's even less than the amount i was paying for my car alone. I'm the happiest, he's very patient, understanding and sweet when he speaks to you, i do get agents that will call and try and sell you something, you can still see and hear their arrogance, however, today i got none instead i got a very respectful man that understands why he chose the path that he's in because he can definitely communicate with clients and i'm one of the happiest clients that he has assisted today 22 March 2022, hope for the best for him and enjoy your weekend Severiano.
