Good, Clear Customer Service
I was recommended dotsure.co.za for my pet insurance by a friend. I was contacted by Mvula Khunju, who was very clear on the phone, made everything easy to understand and generally offered great customer service - which for me is important. So 5 out of 5 stars for a great representative who offered good, clear customer service.
