I would like to thank the wonderfull customer service consultant Gershwin Lewis for the way he handled this experience for me. I felt comfortable speaking to him as if he was a childhood friend, you guys have a gem in having him there. I would also like to say that I have been contacted by multiple pet insurance places but dotsure was by far the best prices and helpful with my fur babies, I would recommend them to anyone.
