My first ever claim was sorted out NO problem, I used the SPCA second claim for an emergency and further follow upon was told I don’t have access to account as I am not account holder. I have sent a POA to Dotsure and am awaiting a response. So if it’s 500 claim it’s fine but over that then you need other supporting docs. We pay over R400 per month!
