from hero to zero with customer service
bad service after being with them for few yrs..they overcharge you then u have to wait till they want to refund you.. there was never a problem b4.. but they are now the worst to deal with.. rather cancel this policy will rather go to sit in queue at spca thought having medical aid would be better but clearly not
