Friendly service - Dotsure - Marizel

I would just like to commend Marizel Bernardo for the excellent service I received telephonically. I decided to finally take pet insurance after the untimely passing of my cat. She was really sympathetic and understanding and explained everything to me in detail. Very thoughtful and understanding, even though one of my other "kids" are older than the required age bracket. Thank you Marizel, your friendliness is really appreciated, even in difficult times.
