Friendly, prompt and professional service!

I changed from my previous car insurer to dotsure and I must say that I am quite happy with their prompt and professional service. My car needed a jumpstart over the weekend after standing for more than 10 days. They jumped to help me and in fact I was the one who asked if they could only show up the next day at 8 am. The call center guy, I thinknhis name was Keegan, was so quick to help me and to reassure me. It felt like I had just attended a fruitful therapy session.Not only did the service agent show up the next day, but he was very early and offered the friendliest service I've had in a while. It's still pretty early in my journey with dotsure, but I feel at home already. I rate them as highly as I rate MiWay.
