Friendly & professional staff
I was very impressed with Chante Du Plooy assisting me with my Pet Claim. She was very friendly and so helpful. Dotsure staff are always so friendly, helpful and professional and a pleasure to deal with. My fur baby also received a get-well e-mail from Dotsure :-)
