Dear Dotsure,
I would like to compliment Jehaan Bahnsen for incredible customer service. We engaged in a conversation on your live chat and within less than 30 minutes my request had been dealt with.
There are few practicing outstanding customer service at when its received its worthy of a Hello Peter post. Thank you for teaching your employees the importance of this, even during uncertain times.
I will absolutely not only return to dotsure, but keep recommending them.
