Friendly customer service

Thank you Dotsure for your great customer service. Marizel Bernardo assisted me, she was so friendly and helpful with all my questions. I wasn't sure which plans to choose for my 2 dogs. My one dog is more prone to allergy problems and ligament injuries, while the other one, I just wanted a simple plan for vet visits and accidental injuries. She talked me through all the available plans and even compared other Insurance companies with Dotsure. I can't wait to start the journey with Dotsure, knowing we will be well covered, without worrying about whether our fur babies will get the best care.
