Friendly and helpful consultant and service with clear policies

I recently did some shopping around for pet insurance for my 5 fur babies and delt with a fair amount of consultants and companies. For DotSure, I had Gabriella guiding me and informing me all the way, with lots of patience and care which was a big deciding factor for me in going with the company. She gave me all the information I needed and provided advice based on what would suit and be the best for me and my pets. Their policies were clear and upfront about any additional costs. She followed up in a timely manner when I asked her to give me time and was incredibly welcoming. I am happy to have joined the DotSure family and hope to be able to sing more praises in the future.
