Friendly and efficient assistance
Excellent assistance from Chandre van der Heever at dotsure.co.za.
I had confusion regarding my pet insurance debit orders and policy details, and she assisted me professionally and quickly via WhatsApp. She also helped merge my policies into one debit order and corrected my pets’ vaccination information.
