Friendly and efficient

So I am working n string of nightshifts and did not really want to puck up. But decided to because it might be something important, regarding my policies.

Isabella Wilson was on the other side and was very friendly and efficient regarding the update of the policy and my details. She also made a good argument to me about the upgrade of the policy to a next level. Thank you, Isabella. Now i can go back to sleep, knowing that you are going to look after me and my family.
