Free money with no benefits
I have had the worst experience with Dotsure Pet Insurance. I have requested cancellation five times, yet my requests have been completely ignored. Despite cancelling, I am still being charged, and Dotsure has debited me three times this month for a service I no longer use. Their policies are unclear and misleading, and I have had to pay out of pocket for every single vet bill since signing up, making this insurance completely useless. At this point, I am giving Dotsure free money with zero benefits. Dotsure needs to send me a formal cancellation confirmation immediately and refund me for the unauthorized debits. Avoid this company at all costs!
