FORTY SIX PERCENT INCREASE

I have always received very good turnaround time from Dotsure on claims.

HOWEVER!!! after having 3 dogs with them for many years (one passesd away a few months ago), my premium has gone up FORTY SIX PERCENT from 2023 to 2024 for my 2 other dogs!!!!

I understand they are now both over the age of 9, but a FORTY SIX PRECENT INCREASE does not seem justified.

Their VERY BROAD policy wording on this is:

"We are entitled to amend your premium to allow for changes in future expenses and the expected level of claims. We will give you 31 days advance notice of any change."

Am EXTREMELY disappointed with this, after many years of good service.
