first time buyer grievance.
what a bad experience i am getting from Dotsure insurance for a first time buyer nothing was explained to me and got into an accident my car is written off, they are not even giving me half of what i owe the bank and refuse to pay for my Excess buster.
stay away from this insurance if you need a piece of mind or else you will be pressurized to make decision while lying in your hospital bed with endless message reminding you if you do not make a decision your claim will be cancelled.
ohh they will even sent you your insurance cancellation before you are half way done with the your claim.
Stay away from Dotsure insurance.
