Amber Bird from Dotsure pet insurance, was an excellent consultant. We had a few hiccups on our side but she worked around my needs. She followed up in a professional manner and was proactive in sending me material so that I could acquaint myself with the information. Her service was friendly and informative. I felt that my babies' welfare was important and that the material was covered thoroughly.
