FINALLY... SERVICE DELIVERY!!

I contacted Dotsure and was assisted by Jaen Boshoff.

After experiencing the worst service from Onepet ... (I was a client by them for 7 years)... I cancelled my policy by them. They were not very concerned to lose a client... I mean... they got my money any way... every single month... without begging me for payment or waiting for it. However... I was not treated with the same courtesy.

Luckily... when I contacted Dotsure... Jaen Boshoff gave me first class assistance. She was patient... she listened and answered all my questions. Jaen made sure that every important aspect is covered for my fur baby. I do not have to deal with a call centre... and my calls do not get transfered from one *********** person to the next. I only deal with Jaen! What a blessing! And the best part... is her personal touch! It feels like I made a friend... I found a company who TRULY cares for the wellbeing of my dog... and not just taking my money.
