Feedback should be given on denied / cancelled claims...

Dotsure is an amazing company when paying claims, unfortunately not so happy with feedback regarding non-payment. I recently submitted a claim, but it was "cancelled". I had to call to check why. I accept the funds were not available, due to the frequent visits to the Vet with my puppy, but feedback would be appreciated as to why a claim is denied or cancelled... not happy with the "no response", but overall a great pet insurance company. I never heard back from Glayvia Martin
