Fast and Efficient Service

Very impressed, I had a look at the policies last night for my furry friend and stopped short of completing as I only wanted to start the policy at the beginning of April.

Jeanre picked up on this and received a very friendly and efficient call this morning to assist in creating the policy with the correct start date.

Appreciate the service and personal interaction with me. Nothing I dispise more than the monotone sales pitch you usually get when someone phones you.
